DG Construction 360 was founded in 2015 by David Yáñez with a clear mission: to bring reliable, high-quality construction services to clients who were tired of broken promises and unclear timelines. What began with residential remodels and small commercial build-outs quickly grew into something bigger, driven by discipline, transparency, and a belief that construction should feel less chaotic and more collaborative.
In the early years, David focused on building a reputation brick by brick, often navigating tight budgets and complex timelines with a hands-on approach and a growing network of trusted suppliers and subcontractors. His leadership, rooted in integrity, quality, and safety, helped DG evolve into a team known not just for what we build but how we build it.
By 2018, DG Construction had expanded beyond Texas, taking on projects across Colorado, North Dakota, and other states. The service offerings grew as well, adding maintenance, property management support, and sustainable building solutions including LEED-certified practices and energy-efficient upgrades.
Today, with over 3,000 completed projects and a 98 percent client satisfaction rate, DG Construction 360 is known for clear communication, dependable delivery, and work that holds up. We’ve refined our process from consultation to post-project support, and we continue to grow by staying committed to people—our clients, our crews, and the communities we serve.
